Topics include mushroom research, regulation, and advocacy updates, production and value-added product best practices, and more. Dinner will be provided.
This free event is presented by the Cornell Small Farms Program, CCE Cornell Vegetable Program, CCE Harvest NY, CCE Wyoming, and Flat 12 Mushrooms.
The programming focuses on information for experienced mushroom growers. Space is limited.
