Note the Location Change for this Event
The Red-Tailed Hawk is THE quintessential and iconic bird of prey in North America. It is also the most common and widely distributed hawk in the United States and Canada. With their large size, year-round presence and habit of perching along highways or soaring over open fields, they are the most commonly seen and encountered raptors across our area. This ubiquitous and familiar hawk still has a surprising amount of information that many people are unaware of and can be uncovered by joining us on October 14th.
