Aimee’s role is the perfect intersection of her many passions and interests: gardening and sustainable farming, food and social justice, veterinary studies, education, and community outreach. Before joining CCE Ulster, Aimee worked for 7 years as the non-profit administrator and fundraiser for the Stone Ridge Library Foundation. She holds degrees in Veterinary Technology and Theater, as well as certificates in Sustainable Urban Agriculture, Mindfulness Meditation, and dog training! Aimee has taught classes in home canning and preservation, meditation, and children’s theater. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking, reading, gardening, knitting, or stepping on stage in a local theater production.
