Discover what’s possible with pure maple syrup in this hands-on maple candy workshop for hobbyists and small-scale maple producers. Participants will learn the fundamentals of maple candy making, including syrup selection, temperature control, essential equipment, and common troubleshooting.
During the class, attendees will have the option to make either maple candy or maple cream, using techniques that can be replicated at home or in small-batch production. No prior experience is required.
