Optimizing Your Operation

This class is designed to help food businesses streamline processes and reduce waste. Participants will explore practical tools to improve efficiency and operational performance.

This course is taught by Mike Myers, Food Systems and Taste NY Program Manager for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County.
