September 16- Pressure Canning

Weds, September 16, 6-9pm,  $15.  

This hands-on class will take students step-by-step through the process of canning low-acid foods like meat and vegetables using a pressure canner.  Broaden your food preservation skills and gain confidence in the kitchen! 

Class held in Trolley Kitchen of Orleans CCE 4-H Fairgrounds.
