We're always looking for vendors and commercial exhibits to join in the fun. With an average of 25,000 fairgoers the fair is a great place to reconnect with people and meet new ones.

Participation in the fair is first come, first serve upon receipt of deposit and all paperwork. No exhibitor may set up without first completing all required paperwork.

We live in a great community, and we believe it deserves a fantastic fair. Each year, the support of the people who live and work here helps us move closer to that goal.

One of our guiding priorities is keeping the fair affordable for families and participants while still creating meaningful learning experiences, community pride, and high quality entertainment for everyone. Over the last ten years, including through the challenges of the pandemic, we have worked hard to keep admission costs low so families can attend multiple days throughout the week.

Every youth who participates in our shows and contests receives ribbons and awards that recognize their effort and encourage them to continue growing. 4-H members create lifelong memories, build leadership skills, and discover passions that shape their futures. Behind the scenes, significant resources are invested each year to bring engaging acts and entertainment to the fair, all at no additional cost to fairgoers.

None of this happens without you.

Your support allows our volunteers to succeed in the countless hours they dedicate to producing one unforgettable week. More importantly, you are part of the fair itself. You are as much a part of it as the child walking their first calf, the teenagers sharing an awkward first ride on the Ferris wheel, the proud parent watching their child earn a ribbon in the pedal tractor pull, or old friends reconnecting over the chicken barbecue.

For every contribution, you will receive admission passes. We hope you will join us, see your impact firsthand, and enjoy the results of the work you help make possible.

  • Daily announcements made over the Fair public address system
  • Seventy-five percent reduction in Commercial Exhibit display space fee. Space is limited. Commercial Exhibitor deadlines, terms, and conditions apply.

Fair Fan Tier$50- $250
  • 4 Week-Long Admission Passes and 4 Ride Wristband Vouchers
  • Listing on the Fair Website through July 1, 2027

All admission passes and meal tickets must be picked up in person.

The individual picking up the passes must match the name listed on the sponsorship form and must present a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.

For Bronze Level sponsors and above, a Cornell Cooperative Extension employee may deliver passes within a 15-mile radius of Orleans County Cornell Cooperative Extension upon request.
