Vendors and Exhibitors

We're always looking for vendors and commercial exhibits to join in the fun. With an average of 25,000 fairgoers the fair is a great place to reconnect with people and meet new ones.

Vendors and Commercial Vendors

Participation in the fair is first come, first serve upon receipt of deposit and all paperwork. No exhibitor may set up without first completing all required paperwork.

Sponsorships

We live in a good place and deserve a fantastic fair, and every year support for people who live and work here helps us work towards that goal. One of the goals of our fair is to be an event that costs as little as possible for the fairgoer, and people who participate while still creating impactful learning, community pride, and entertainment for all.

Over the last ten years, including the pandemic, we’ve kept admission costs low so that families can come to fair several times during the week. We continue to give every participant in shows and contests ribbons and awards that we hope inspire them to work harder and learn more to improve the next year. 4-H youth participating in the fair continue to make lifetime memories, develop into leaders, and find what they are passionate about in life. A tremendous amount of expense each year brings the acts and entertainment to the fair which are all at no extra cost for fairgoers to enjoy.

You make this all happen. You help our volunteers succeed in all the hours of effort to produce one amazing week. And most of all, you are part of us, you’re just as much a piece of the fair as a kid walking their first calf, the two teenagers on that first awkward ferris wheel date, a parent seeing the look of joy when their child gets a ribbon for the pedal tractor pull, or two old friends who haven’t seen each other in years reconnecting over the chicken BBQ. 

For every contribution to the fair we’ll be sending you a pass or a few passes, come out, watch it all happen and enjoy the results of your work!

Platinum - $1000 & Above

    • Exhibits must meet the requirements included in our Commercial Exhibitor Contract. Contracts can be found on our website or contact the office 585-798-4265.

Gold - $750-$999
