Learn how to make pepper jelly and fruit jelly from juice using approved USDA recipes. Participants will learn to use both a Boiling Water Bath Canner and an Atmospheric Steam Canner to preserve the final product.
Class held in Trolley Kitchen of Orleans CCE 4-H Fairgrounds.
