June 24- The Economics of Home Food Preservation and Four-Corner Pantry Skills

Weds, June 24th,  6-8pm, FREE!  

Learn how food preservation saves money by reducing waste, buying in bulk, and extending the season for local produce. Participants will learn how to save money by preserving food at home as well as how to build a basic prepared pantry and improve their ability to feed themselves and their family in any circumstance. 

Class held in Harrington Classroom of Orleans CCE Education Building.

All classes taught by Master Food Preserver volunteers. Classes held in indicated rooms at Orleans County CCE, 12690 State Rt 31, Albion, NY, 14411.
