Brenda Zuch is the Nutrition Educator at Orleans County Cornell Cooperative Extension. She leads the popular Elderberries Cooking Class and brings a strong background as a professional baker to her role. Brenda is passionate about helping others learn practical skills for healthy living through food and nutrition education. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, spending time with her family, and—of course—baking.
