Participants will learn the ABCs of healthy eating and how to fit more fruits and veggies into their eating habits. After every class, participants will receive $25 in vouchers for fresh produce redeemable with local producers, at farmers' markets, and Save-a-Lot on State Street in Watertown. By the end of week six, participants can receive up to $150 in free fruits and vegetables. Learn the ins and outs and try some new recipes while you're at it.
