Taste NY at the North Country Welcome Center

Launched in 2013 by the Department of Agriculture and Markets, Taste NY promotes New York’s food and beverage industries by creating opportunities for local producers to showcase their products. The program features retail locations at highway rest stops and transportation hubs, making it easy for travelers to purchase homegrown goods. The Taste NY Market at the North Country Welcome Center showcases a wide range of agricultural and value-added products from the North Country and throughout New York State. Enjoy made-to-order breakfast and lunch items, including coffee, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas. You'll also find locally made snacks, beverages, gifts, and more.
