Faith is a lifelong resident of Millbrook, NY, Dutchess County. She graduated in 2020 from Millbrook High School and the Careers in Animal and Plant Sciences class at Dutchess BOCES Career and Technical Institute. Upon high school graduation, Faith went on to complete her two year General Studies Associate's degree online from Dutchess Community College. In May 2024, she graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a Bachelors of Technology in Agriculture Business Management and a minor in Agriculture Education. While at SUNY Cobleskill, Faith was involved in various campus clubs, including Agriculture Business, Block and Bridle, Professional Ag Student and the Sigma Alpha Gamma Delta Agricultural Sorority, while also working in the campus Admissions Department.
Faith’s life since a young age has revolved around agriculture. She first began riding a pony named Spudsy at the age of 4, but then switched to raising dairy goats in 2010 with now having a herd of 10. Throughout her agriculture career Faith has been involved in both 4-H and FFA, holding officer positions within both organizations. When a member, Faith immersed herself into the office environment through interning one summer and continuing to assist throughout different circumstances such has staff changes, public presentations and fair preparations. Now as an alumni, she still continues as an active volunteer and project leader. Faith truly enjoys making connections within her local Ag community and has done so in various ways. She’s helped to bring agricultural lessons into local classrooms, worked as a camp agriculture ambassador and is the proud publisher of a section called “Agvocating for the Next Generation” in the Living Millbrook Magazine where she writes about various agricultural topics geared towards younger readers. In addition to that Faith is a Dutchess County Agricultural Society Jr. Fair Board member.
Faith is extremely excited to be working with the Ulster County 4-H community to share her knowledge and experiences in strengthening the program. She wants to be able to create the opportunities she had as a 4-Her for the next generation of members.
