Weds, Oct 7, 6-9pm, $15.  

Master Food Preserver volunteers will lead participants in preparing quick and creative pesto sauces* and give direction on how to freeze those sauces for future use.  Participants will also make their own specialty mustard to preserve in a Boiling Water Bath Canner.  

Class held in Trolley Kitchen of Orleans CCE 4-H Fairgrounds.
