Wed, August 5, 6-9pm, $15.  

This garden staple can be processed and preserved in so many ways.  In this class participants will use Boiling Water Bath Canners to preserve whole tomatoes packed in water and use Atmospheric Steam Canners to preserve tomato juice.  

Class held in Trolley Kitchen of Orleans CCE 4-H Fairgrounds.
