Association Finance Coordinator
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County
Based in Ellicottville, NY with required travel to Belmont, NY | Full time | On site

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County is seeking a detail-oriented Association Finance Coordinator to support and manage financial operations for both Cattaraugus and Allegany County offices.

In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director and regional finance team to enter all data related to accounts payable/receivable for organization. Oversee budgeting, monitor revenues and expenditures, support grant and contract development, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with established guidelines. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong financial systems and supporting organizational success.

Key Highlights

  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • $19.50–$23.00/hour, based on experience
  • Based in Ellicottville, NY with required travel to Belmont, NY
  • Flexible/partial remote options available

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in accounting (or related field) and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
