Cornell University research provides guidance on how to support individuals around such issues as youth engaged in risky behavior and child abuse prevention.

In addition, Cornell Cooperative Extension programs and resources address many health-related issues including exposure to HIV/AIDS; exposure to pesticides, herbicides, lawn-care products; and risk and incidence of breast cancer.

The focus on health also considers external systems including Medicare Part D prescription drug choices, adequate food supply, and prevention of family violence.
