Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) works in partnership with faculty and researchers from the Department of Horticulture which includes the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station (NYSAES) in Geneva, to provide growers with resources and technical assistance.  

Educational opportunities on pest management and best practices to improve the quality and safety of fruit are available through regional CCE fruit teams and programs, which serve four geographical areas of the state.

Collaborative effort between Cornell University and Dairy One to provide soil and plant testing services to farmers and farm advisors.
Cornell Nutrient Analysis Lab (CNAL)
College of Agriculture and Life Sciences lab that provides research testing of soil, plant, water and environmental samples.
Farmers' Market Federation of New York
Provides services to members to increase the number and capacity of farmers' markets in NY.
Produce Quality Assurance Program (PQAP)

Educate, promote and protect the fruit industry in New York.

Providing information for the general public and wholesalers and general promotion of the apple industry in NYS.

Providing information and education to growers and present berry industry research needs to Cornell University.
U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council
Providing information for growers and consmers about the blueberry industry.
North American Fruit Explorers
Network of individuals in the U.S. and Canada who are devoted to the discovery, cultivation and appreciation of superior varieties of fruits and nuts.
